A property Manager/Administrator position is available in Beckenham on a contract basis for 3-6 months, with potential for permanent employment.
The role requires candidates to have some experience in Block Management.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Responsibilities include managing maintenance calls, obtaining supplier quotes, and liaising with contractors for various assessments.

Great opportunity based in Beckenham for a property Manager/Administrator to join a company on a contract basis for 3-6 months with a view to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Monday - Friday office based whilst on contract . Hours are 9- 5.30pm

Ideally the person will have some dealings with Block Management .

- Answer calls regarding maintenance issues i.e lights, lifts other repairs etc

- Get Suppliers out to get quotes

- Liaise with contractors

- Get approvals from Block

- Fire Risk Assessments , electrical assessments and other works needed
