We’re seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a market-leading independent estate agency in Beckenham (BR3). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid residential sales experience (and ideally some listing experience) who is hungry for results and thrives in a target-driven, team-based environment.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to identify and seize sales opportunities, deliver first-class customer service, and negotiate successfully to close deals.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Handling residential sales negotiations from start to finish
- Generating and converting new business opportunities
- Assisting with property listings and valuations (if experienced)
- Providing exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors
- Maintaining and building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Meeting and exceeding personal and office sales targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential property sales
- Proven sales and negotiation ability
- Listing and valuation experience (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Strong knowledge of the Beckenham area (ideal)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A professional and positive attitude
