Description
Full time role, 37 hours a week, during term time.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and financial accounts.
- Help monitor budgets and track expenditure across projects.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation.
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to financial queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
