Location: Leeds
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 DOE + Vehicle
About the Role:
RG Setsquare are working with a reputable client in the engineering sector. Our client, a trusted provider of commercial mechanical maintenance services, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. You'll be overseeing multiple contracts across the Yorkshire region working with a large team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day to day aspects of all mechanical aspects of service delivery
Lead teams of experienced engineers.
Deal with compliance and regulations.
Complete all required paperwork and reports promptly and accurately.
Deal with clients on a daily basis.
Key Requirements:
Experience in the FM industry in a senior position.
Extensive knowledge and a background in mechanical maintenance (HVAC / AC).
2+yrs of FM contract management experience.
Experience leading teams of engineers.
Commercial gas background is desired but not essential.
Full UK driving license (vehicle provided).
Professional and customer-focused approach.
