Required experience:
- Strong manufacturing engineering knowledge and experience
- Ability to lead PFMEAs; create and approve procedures, process mapping & documentation as well mitigating risk
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and create/manufacturing drawings
- Create works orders with accurate routings and operations
- Have good understanding of heat treatment processes
- Experience of process improvement, creation, development, approval and documenting
- Experience and understanding of machine shop manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of GD&T
- 2D/3D CAD experience
- Knowledge of grinding (cylindrical, face, profile, shaping, diameter, surface or similar)
- Experience of laser measurement or dimensional control preferred
