Role: Site Manager

Location: Nationwide
Salary: 50k - 55k + Car Allowance, Overtime for Nights/Weekends (equates to 20%-50% of salary)
An established national fit-out contractor is seeking experienced Site Managers to deliver fast-track supermarket and retail refurbishment projects across the UK. They're looking for hands-on Site Managers with a can-do attitude, strong leadership skills, and the flexibility to work as part of a dynamic, fast-moving team. The role involves travel nationwide and will include night and weekend work when required. You will be working with clients including Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, Next. Projects will be anything from a 4-day cosmetic upgrade to a 20-week full store refurbishment.

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven background managing fast turnaround retail or supermarket fit-out projects
- Experience working in live-store, new build, and grey shell environments
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and site compliance
- Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver within budget and time constraints
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Full UK driver's licence
- CSCS card appropriate to Site Manager level
- Joinery background preferred
- Project values typically range from 500k to 5M, so must be confident leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining quality on fast-paced programmes.
