Job Title: Plasterer

Location: Middlesbrough

Project Scope: Internal plastering across a multi-floor office building

Total Area: 1,513 m²

Rate: £22 - £24 per hour (D.O.E)

Project Details:

The project involves plastering internal walls across three floors of a commercial office building. The breakdown is as follows:

• Ground Floor (GF):
• Area: 504.91 m²
• Wall Height: 3.5 meters

• First Floor (1F):
• Area: 492.66 m²
• Wall Height: 4 meters

   

   

• Second Floor (2F):
• Area: 515.5 m²
• Wall Height: 6 meters

   

   

  Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for plastering including cleaning, priming, and applying bonding agents as required
  • Apply plaster to internal walls ensuring smooth and even finishes
  • Work efficiently across varying wall heights, including up to 6 meters (scaffolding or access equipment will be provided)
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with site management and other trades to ensure timely completion

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a plasterer on large-scale projects
  • Ability to work at height safely and confidently
  • CSCS card
  • Own tools and PPE
  • Reliable and punctual
