Programme Administration and Support Adviser

Part time hours across 3 days per week (this could be spread across 4 days also)
0900:17:00 with flexibility on 08:00-16:00 shifts
Fully office based

Brook Street is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading education client for a Programme Administration and Support Adviser to join their team.

In this key role, you'll provide professional administrative and advisory support for the delivery of academic programmes. Acting as a point of contact for students, academic staff, and external partners, you'll ensure the smooth operation of programme and assessment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex student and academic queries, escalating where needed
  • Support assessment admin including mark sheets, data entry (e.g. SITS), and external examiner liaison
  • Organise meetings, minute-taking, and communications
  • Take ownership of a specialist area within the team
  • Contribute to student events (induction, enrolment, graduation) and external partner liaison
  • Help improve systems and processes within the team

About You:

  • Experience in admin roles within Higher or Further Education
  • Strong digital skills (MS Office, student systems e.g. SITS)
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management
  • Able to manage complex queries with professionalism
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and high service standards
