Job Purpose
  • Autonomously manage a client portfolio of various sizes and within a broad range of business sectors.
  • Statutory and management accounts, tax computations, VAT, payroll and bookkeeping.
  • Work closely with Managers to oversee workflow and ensure deadlines and budgets are being met.
  • Champion service excellence throughout all communications and deliverables.
  • Build strong rapport with clients as their trusted go-to contact, proactively handling queries.
  • Deliver a strong technical skillset and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
  • Support the tax team with non-complex computations.
  • Support the firm’s strategic direction by cross-selling services and maintaining loyal relationships.
  • Drive your own professional development, keeping up-to-date with industry news and regulations, and undertaking training opportunities.

Job Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified or part qualified, with extensive experience within UK practice.
  • Qualified by impressive experience would also be considered.
  • Previous supervisory experience with great people management skills.
