Role: Account Manager
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission
Additional: £5,200 car allowance.
Location: Bedford (3 - 4 days in the field, 1 day in the office)

About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll be working directly with a portfolio of existing customers to ensure they realize the full value of their services. You'll drive growth by identifying and converting sales opportunities, implementing price adjustments, and managing the entire sales cycle.
What You'll Do:
- Nurture, retain, and expand your customer portfolio.
- Exceed sales targets through proactive account management and new business development.
- Conduct customer care reviews and product demonstrations.
- Manage your sales pipeline using the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion the sustainability mission.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience managing and growing customer accounts in a field sales environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Customer-centric approach and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid UK driving licence.
