We are seeking a Client Manager to join our team, supporting an Accountancy Practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a friendly and supportive environment, and is looking to manage client relationships effectively while ensuring high standards of service.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their needs are met and queries are resolved efficiently.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates and communication.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and enhancements to client management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Client Manager or similar role, preferably within an accountancy practice or similar financial setting.
  • Strong understanding of accountancy and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
