Our client requires Mechanical Project Managers for commercial installation projects in the London and Herts . Beds areas. The projects will involve the full mechanical package including aspects of plumbing, pipefitting , duct fitting and full HVAC installations.
Successful Mechanical Project Managers must have the following:
- All the relevant tickets and qualifications including CSCS card, SMSTS etc.
- Experience managing a full mechanical HVAC installation project on commercial buildings
- Two checkable working references from similar roles as a Mechanical Project Manager on commercial construction sites.
The hours on site will be a standard 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday paying a negotiable day rate dependant on experience.
