As a Senior Wastewater (Hydraulic) Modeller, you won’t just be delivering great projects you’ll be driving real-world change. You'll work with multi-disciplinary teams of industry experts on capital delivery programmes that matter  helping protect communities, enhance infrastructure, and future-proof water networks for generations to come. You'll have the freedom to influence optioneering, outline design, and detailed delivery across a huge variety of technically demanding wastewater infrastructure projects.  Senior Wastewater Modeller Responsibilities:
  • Deliver innovative wastewater catchment strategies and solutions hydraulic modelling, analysis, optioneering, cost-benefit studies to high standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary project teams, offering technical direction, mentorship, and motivation to others.
  • Drive continuous improvement in our tools, processes, and approaches always pushing for smarter, faster, better ways to work.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with major UK water companies and collaborate across teams.
  • Travel occasionally to client sites and offices to keep strong collaboration alive.
 What it takes to be successful:
  • Expertise in hydraulic modelling and wastewater catchment planning.
  • Strong hands-on skills with InfoWorks ICM (and ideally ICM Exchange) and GIS platforms like MapInfo, ArcGIS, or QGIS.
  • A track record of thriving in urban drainage projects, working seamlessly within a team environment.
  • Passion for mentoring, leading, and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Working knowledge of UK water legislation and regulation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
