Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Business Development Executive to drive instax B2B growth and expand our presence across the UK market. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing new relationships, and securing partnerships that contribute directly to business revenue. To develop instax Biz App partnerships. Accelerate B2B to reproduce commercial success cases. Along with regular proactive lead generation and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and outreach.
    • Engage with key decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and manage a pipeline of business prospects.
    • Develop tailored proposals and present solutions that address client needs.
    • Represent the business at meetings, events, and exhibitions as required.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the deal.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policy.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Account Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition to account management or delivery teams.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
    • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams to inform strategy.
  • Reporting:
    • Build case studies and report back to UK and EU stakeholders
    • Identify opportunities from EU for similar case studies in the UK.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales, business development, or similar commercial role.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Desirable:

  • Industry experience in partnership and marketing activations.
  • Knowledge of UK market dynamics and procurement processes.
  • Full UK driving licence (if travel is required).
