We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Miller to join our client in the manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in CNC programming and operation, who is committed to precision, quality, and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Operate and set up CNC machinery for a variety of tasks, including milling, drilling, and grinding.
•    Write and develop CNC programs using appropriate software tools.
•    Perform thorough inspections and measurements of finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine performance and output quality.
•    Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and productivity.
•    Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support efficiency and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
•    Proficient in operating and programming CNC milling machines.
•    Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of CNC operations.
•    Familiar with warehouse operations, materials handling, and machine tool maintenance.
•    Competent in welding and the use of hand tools.
•    Knowledgeable in tooling applications and modern machining techniques.
•    Comfortable working with logic controllers and CNC programming systems.
•    Skilled in accurate assembly and component fabrication.

Shift Options:
•    Early Shift: Monday to Thursday – 06:00am to 14:30pm
•    Late Shift: Monday to Thursday – 14:30pm to 23:00pm

Overtime Rates:
•    Monday to Thursday Late Shift (Overtime): 13:30pm to 22:00pm – Time and a Half
•    Friday Day Shift: 10:00am to 15:00pm – Time and a Half
•    Sunday: Double Time
