This company are a specialist steel fabricator who work with a broad range of clients nationwide ranging from major contractors to bespoke consultancies. Due to an ever increasing workload and taking on exciting new projects, they are looking to add a business support manager to their team to ensure the smooth running of internal operations.On offer is the chance to become a fundamental asset to the company. Your responsibilities will include managing the business support team within the company, ensuring the smooth running of internal operations. You will oversee the office support and administrative members of the company, providing support and developing procedures to improve efficiency.
The Role:
- Leading the internal operations team and providing reports, schedules and plans to the senior leadership team
- Act as the main point of contact between departments and senior managers
- Oversee daily office operations across sites
- Working with the office manager to maintain internal systems, processes and invoice/expense processing
- Managing onboarding of new support staff and assisting in the recruitment process
- Monday - Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)

- Proven experience in office management
