Job Opportunity: Training Coordinator - Business | Bedford & Corby | Immediate Start Morgan Hunt is proud to be working with a leading college group in the Bedfordshire area to recruit an experienced Training Coordinator - Business. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and qualified trainer to support learners across Bedford and Corby, with occasional short-term travel to Thrapston.Job Details:

  • Location: Bedford & Corby (occasional travel to Thrapston)
  • Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing
  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality face-to-face training and assess learners in the workplace
  • Teach and assess up to Level 5 Business & Management Apprenticeship Standards
  • Induct, coach, and review learners, supporting their portfolio development
  • Coordinate effectively with employers and tutors for assessment visits
  • Maintain strong tracking systems and accurate records
  • Participate in internal quality assurance processes and inspection readiness
  • Uphold safeguarding, equality, diversity, and health & safety standards

Requirements:

  • L3 qualification in Business and L5 in Leadership & Management
  • Recognised teaching and/or assessor qualification (e.g. A1, TAQA, PGCE, etc.)
  • Experience delivering apprenticeship training or vocational education
  • Must have an Enhanced DBS
