Job Opportunity: Training Coordinator - Business | Bedford & Corby | Immediate Start Morgan Hunt is proud to be working with a leading college group in the Bedfordshire area to recruit an experienced Training Coordinator - Business. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and qualified trainer to support learners across Bedford and Corby, with occasional short-term travel to Thrapston.Job Details:
- Location: Bedford & Corby (occasional travel to Thrapston)
- Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
- Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality face-to-face training and assess learners in the workplace
- Teach and assess up to Level 5 Business & Management Apprenticeship Standards
- Induct, coach, and review learners, supporting their portfolio development
- Coordinate effectively with employers and tutors for assessment visits
- Maintain strong tracking systems and accurate records
- Participate in internal quality assurance processes and inspection readiness
- Uphold safeguarding, equality, diversity, and health & safety standards
Requirements:
- L3 qualification in Business and L5 in Leadership & Management
- Recognised teaching and/or assessor qualification (e.g. A1, TAQA, PGCE, etc.)
- Experience delivering apprenticeship training or vocational education
- Must have an Enhanced DBS
