Customer Service Advisor Permanent £26,000 to £28,000 + Bonus South Milton Keynes Full Time Office Based Must drive due to location

My highly successful client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has a passion for providing outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, building rapport and customer loyalty. You will be supporting businesses from order enquiries to order processing and delivery. You will be a great problem solver, aiming to resolve queries as efficiently and effectively as possible. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will nurture and develop relationships with your customers which enables the business to maintain and grow its portfolio of smaller customers.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and effective customer service via telephone and email
  • To maintain correct customer information on in house systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer queries
  • Provide sales advice and support on new and replacement orders
  • Work in partnership with delivery partners to help resolve shipping errors
  • Provide friendly, professional and timely advice and service to all customers, to enable the maintenance and growth of the smaller customer accounts.
  • The Customer Service Team pride themselves on always communicating professionally and honestly with our customers.
