Do you have design or CAD experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment? Are you looking for a new role within and industry leading manufacturing group who are looking to double their headcount in the next 18 months while offering first class training, development and multiple progression opportunities?
Due to continued growth and investment, my client is looking for a CAD technician to join the team, working out of their state of the art facility near Bedford. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating bespoke 2D and 3D models for a range of small, medium and global businesses to be supplied worldwide. This role offers excellent variety, you will deal with the design of equipment using manufactured, assembled and bought in products as well as the costings and budgets for small and large scale projects. Working within a growing design and projects team who are continuing to expand will offer multiple progression opportunities in the coming months and years.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist sheet metal manufacturer who have been using cutting edge technology to support a range of global customers for over 30 years! They are a key part of a large group who own over 30 companies worldwide with over 100 employees at their state of the art facility near Bedford. As the business continue to secure new contracts, an extremely busy end to 2024 & 2025 is expected with multiple vacancies now open to cater for this growth.
