A friendly specialist school in Bedford is seeking supply Teaching Assistants to provide flexible cover across their setting. The school works with learners aged 4-19 with Profound, Multiple and Complex Learning Needs, alongside pupils with Autism and Social Communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with ASD and social communication needs
* Help maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils with daily routines, communication development, and social skills
* Work collaboratively with onsite staff to ensure consistency and wellbeing for each learner
Key Requirements:
