Our client, a leading provider of refrigeration solutions, is willing to invest in your development by providing a certified refrigeration course to get you up to speed.
This role is ideal for a skilled Electrical Engineer who is confident in their ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and diagnose faults efficiently. While refrigeration experience is a bonus, the client recognises that the core of this role—up to 80% of the work—is electrical.
The Role- Job Title: Refrigeration Engineer
- Location: Based in Bedford, with national travel to various customer sites.
- Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience.
As an engineer, you'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of refrigeration systems. Your electrical expertise will be critical in diagnosing and resolving issues, with the client providing full training on the refrigeration-specific aspects of the role.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills and the ability to read electrical drawings.
- A valid UK driving license.
- A valid electrical inspection certificate
- The desire to learn and develop new skills in the refrigeration sector.
- Competitive salary of up to £45,000.
