Assembly Operatives Required Bedford
Hours: Mon-Thursday (40 hours)
Times: 2pm to 12-midnight
Rate: From 13.00 per hour before 5pm and 15.00 per hour after 5pm
Are you passionate about manufacturing and have a knack for working with your hands? We're seeking Assembly Operatives to join our client's team in Bedford working late shifts up to 12am midnight.
Job Description:
As an Assembly Operative, you'll play a crucial role in the production of high-quality products. You'll work hands-on with various components to ensure the products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Employment Type:
This position is offered on a temporary basis with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. There is scope to discuss permanent opportunities from day one depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install components and mechanical sub assemblies
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient with hand tools
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
