Duties for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:
- Produce technical architectural drawings from planning layouts
- Work on and provide architectural design services to residential projects across the UK
- Coordinate suppliers' information
- Produce detailed design information
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Undertake site visits and survey to ensure project compliance is achieved
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within architectural design
- Relevant experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
- Experience working on projects within the residential sector
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Strong technical detailing and drawing skills
- Good knowledge of local UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Live within a commutable distance to the Bedford area
