Job Purpose
- Oversee audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, leading engagements from planning to completion
- Allocate audit work across the audit department, monitoring team performance to ensure service excellence
- Preparation and review of statutory accounts
- Work closely with clients to build trusted relationships, being the go-to for support
- Deliver a strong commercial awareness, reviewing opportunities for fee development
- Confidently present work to Partners, completing files to a high standard
- Underpin audit and accounts matters with current legislation and compliance
- Mentor an audit team, supporting with their development and reviewing work
- Set an example as a professional yet personable Manager
- Represent the firm at networking opportunities, tapping into your own network

The Successful Applicant
- ACA / ACCA?qualified or part-qualified
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience
- Strong technical skillset across audit and general accounting
- Experience managing a team within practice
- Excellent work ethic, with a drive to deliver knowledge
- Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
- Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good awareness of current affairs
- A can-do attitude towards problem solving
- Strong commercial acumen
