Description

Finance Manager

Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary
Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including cashflow monitoring
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in improving internal controls
Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of general ledger postings
Liaise with auditors and support preparation of year-end accounts
Monitor stock movements and contribute to stock valuation processes

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable Analyst should have:

Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential
Solid understanding of management accounts, cost accounting, and standard costing
Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, Oracle)
Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
