Shift: 06:00–18:00 OR 18:00–06:00 | 4 ON / 4 OFF

We’re hiring experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy Tray Wash site near Bedford. This is a fast-paced role suited for someone with strong attention to detail and a valid forklift license.
What you’ll do:
- Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
- Load/unload deliveries and transport goods around the warehouse
- Complete routine equipment checks
- Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping
- Ensure documentation and processes are followed accurately
What you’ll need:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Understanding of health & safety and forklift safety procedures
- Good level of physical fitness and attention to detail
- Ability to attend an on-site assessment day (theory + practical)
