Are you an experienced Forklift Driver with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence?

We are working with a market-leading logistics provider in reusable packaging solutions to recruit Counterbalance Drivers for their busy Bedford site.

Responsibilities:

Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks to move and organise goods
Loading and unloading deliveries
Maintaining accurate stock movement records
Ensuring safety procedures and housekeeping standards are followed
Supporting wider warehouse functions where needed

Requirements:

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
Minimum 12 months of warehouse/distribution experience
Confidence in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Must pass both a practical and theory assessment prior to start
Attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
