This varied Customer Success Executive role will be paying a basic salary of 25,000 - 27,000 plus benefits, working remotely, living within 30 minutes of Bedford or Sandy, Bedfordshire.

Ideally will be a car driver, however our client is also based within 5 minutes' walk of a train station.

The role:

After a thorough and well-planned induction and training period you will offering operational varied support, whilst providing training to external clients once they are on-boarded.

This varied role will involve:

  • Dealing with incoming calls, emails and client requests
  • Training external client sales teams on the use of the system - via Teams
  • Providing any product support as needed
  • Managing reviews and renewals
  • Creation of invoices (Xero), quotations and general administration, including Excel
  • There will be a clear and concise career path set up for you to flourish

The Person:

You could be due to Graduate shortly or you could be a recent graduate with 1-2 years' Customer Service experience, as well as strong IT skills and solid experience of using Outlook, Teams and Excel.

You will be working from templates so there is no need to create spreadsheets or dashboards.

You could be someone with existing customer service experience or could come even from a 1st line IT support background but do not want to a fully IT focused role.

Or you could be technically minded, looking for a new long term role after graduating.

More about the person:

  • You will be a great communicator and will thrive on supporting clients and customers
  • Strong IT skills - very comfortable with Outlook, Teams, CRM's and Excel
  • 1-2 years customer service experience dealing with businesses ideally or a recent Graduate
  • Genuine interest in technology and keen to learn and develop
  • IT related Degree or qualifications desirable but NOT essential
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently from home
  • A genuine team player with a positive and upbeat approach
