Our Client is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries while proactively generating outbound opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on leads.
- Provide day-to-day support to external sales representatives.
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate client information.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident telephone manner.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
- Confident using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred.
- Experience in a B2B environment would be an advantage.
