Aspire People are working on behalf of a fantastic and supporting Special Education Needs (SEND) setting within Bedford who is looking for a SEND TA to join their team.

This is a provision that supports students who are experiencing difficulties at mainstream settings from either health challenges or behavioural difficulties. This setting aims to help bridge the gap for students both academically and socially with the ultimate goal of them transitioning back into mainstream education.

What we are looking for:
* NVQ in Teaching Assistant Level 2 or substantial experience supporting young people with SEMH needs
* Ideally experience supporting individuals with Autism, Social Communication Challenges and or strong behavioural needs in either a professional or personal setting
* A clear passion for helping people and a drive to help individuals achieve
