We are seeking a CIPD Level 5 HR Business Partner to support our client across the UK and Europe.
Candidates must have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher and at least several years of relevant experience.
The role requires strong knowledge of UK and European employment laws and the ability to manage employee relations matters.
Additionally, the candidate should possess experience in managing pay and bonus processes, as well as recruitment and succession planning.
The salary for this position is £50,880.

HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced CIPD Level 5 HR Business Partner to support our client across the UK and Europe.

What We're Looking For:

CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher
Ability to create strong relationships and coach stakeholders at all levels including Directors
Strong knowledge of UK and European employment laws
Proven experience handling a range of employee relations matters
Experience in managing pay and bonus processes
Analytical mind with the ability to track key HR metrics and provide feedback
Support with recruitment and succession planning
