We are currently recruiting for a Senior Hr Administrator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a permanent basis. 

Summary of the Senior Hr Administrator role

Responsibilities of theSenior Hr Administrator

  • Answer staff queries on pay and HR matters.
  • Assist with recruitment and termination of staff, including creating job adverts, arranging interviews and administering contracts and reviews.
  • Ensure important documentation, such as business insurance, is up to date.
  • Arrange disciplinary and grievance meetings, as well as other confidential meetings.
  • Prepare documentation for audits.
  • Monitor employee DBS dates and ensure appropriate action is taken regarding renewals.

Requirements for a successful Senior Hr Administrator

  • Qualified CIPD level 3 or qualified by experience.
  • Previous HR Administration experience.
  • Experience working within the Education or Public Sector in an HR capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Well organised.
