About the Role

As a Senior Town Planner, you'll contribute to the delivery of high-quality planning advice and manage projects of varying scales. Working under the guidance of senior professionals, you'll also have the autonomy to lead smaller projects and build client relationships independently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing commercial planning advice and high-quality submissions

  • Managing consultant teams and external stakeholders

  • Liaising with local planning authorities and representing clients' interests

  • Developing strong working relationships with clients and partners

  • Supporting the growth and success of the Bedford office

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Town Planning or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience (public or private sector)

  • Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and procedures

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Motivated, collaborative and client-focused approach
