Location: Bedford
Salary: 30-40,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join a highly regarded, award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. The team is well known for delivering innovative and design-led projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Due to continued growth, the practice is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to contribute to a wide variety of high-quality developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and specifications
- Assist with the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation applications
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
- Undertake site visits and provide support during construction stages
- Ensure all design and technical work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Skills & Experience
- HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience working on residential and commercial projects
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
