Key Responsibilities
- Assist in producing accurate technical drawings and coordinated project information
- Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulation documentation
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and wider project team members
- Undertake site visits and provide technical input during construction stages
- Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practice
Skills & Experience
- HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or related qualification)
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is highly desirable
- Some exposure to residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
- Basic understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
