I'm working with an award-winning, multidisciplinary practice to find an Architectural Technologist to join a team in Bedford. They have an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, high-quality projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. As the firm continues to grow, it is now seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to become an integral part of its dynamic architectural team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Support planning and building regulations applications
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design coordination
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Ensure all work aligns with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- HNC/HND or a degree in Architectural Technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Solid experience across residential and commercial sectors
- In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
