A well-established law firm in Bedfordshire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits such as 26 days of annual leave and a performance bonus.
Candidates will handle a variety of commercial property matters, including sales, secured lending, and landlord and tenant work, while working in a collaborative team environment.
The firm is particularly interested in applicants with 2+ years of PQE but also welcomes newly qualified solicitors with relevant experience.

Commercial Property Solicitor (0–5 PQE)Location: BedfordshireSalary: Up to £55,000 DOE + Excellent BenefitsA highly regarded and well-established law firm in Bedfordshire is looking to expand its Commercial Property team with the addition of a skilled and enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor (0–5 PQE).This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading firm known for its approachable, collaborative culture and high-quality work. You will be exposed to a wide range of commercial property matters, working alongside an experienced and supportive team.The Role:You will handle a broad mix of commercial property work, including:

Sales and purchases of commercial property
Business asset sales
Auction sales
Secured lending, mortgages, and remortgages
Landlord & Tenant work: leases, renewals, licences to assign/sublet/alter, surrenders
Pension scheme transactions (including in specie)
Land Registry applications (including first registrations and adverse possession)
Section 25 notices
Acting on behalf of management companies

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational and prioritisation skills, and a solid grounding in commercial property transactions. The firm is particularly interested in those with 2+ years’ PQE, but also welcomes applications from newly qualified solicitors with prior experience in commercial property.What’s on Offer:
