Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a passion for litigation and a knack for organisation? We’re working with a highly respected law firm that’s looking to welcome a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Secretary into their Litigation Department.

?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Fast and accurate audio typing using BigHand dictation.
  • Drafting and managing confidential legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate and secure case file records.
  • Providing exceptional client support via phone, email, and in person.
  • Diary management, meeting coordination, and appointment scheduling.
  • Preparing court documents and hearing bundles.
  • General administrative support and ad-hoc tasks as required.
? What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within property litigation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work.
  • Confident handling client enquiries and managing sensitive information.
  • Experience with court procedures and document preparation is a strong advantage.
