Our client, located on the outskirts of Bedford, is seeking a site agent/caretaker for an ongoing temporary position.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility required.
An enhanced DBS is essential as the role involves working with young adults.
Responsibilities include basic repairs, site security, supervising cleaning and waste disposal, routine maintenance checks, and coordinating with external contractors.
Candidates must have a valid Enhanced DBS, reliable transport due to the location, be physically fit, and possess basic DIY skills.
