Role: Operations Administrator
Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday to Friday 13:00pm to 22:00pm (with flexibility during peak times)
Salary: £15 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our client’s successful operations team, supporting the coordination of deliveries across the EU and US.

A busy and growing operation providing logistics and supply chain support to a variety of international customers. The team is collaborative, fast-paced and dedicated to ensuring smooth delivery processes across multiple regions.

Duties of a Operations Administrator:

  • Managing and processing delivery orders through customer and site portals
  • Coordinating with internal and external contacts to confirm dispatch schedules
  • Monitoring delivery timelines and following up on any potential delays
  • Keeping sales teams informed on order progress and shipment updates
  • Tracking stock levels and arranging inbound deliveries with each site
  • Escalating stock issues / customer complaints in the correct manner for an efficient resolution
  • Logging received goods accurately on internal systems
  • Working closely with Quality Control to maintain standards and resolve issues
  • Producing delivery and stock reports for management when required
  • Supporting with audits and continuous improvement initiatives

What we would like from you:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Experienced in monitoring and analysing data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Confident using MS Office and online systems or databases
  • Calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable with a can-do attitude
