Mechanical Engineers Wanted – Permanent Roles (Employed or Self-Employed)
Location: Projects within a 25-mile radius of Bedfordshire
Salary: £40,000–£60,000 DOE (employed) or £150–£200 per day (self-employed)
Benefits: Fully expensed van + stable local workload

We are recruiting experienced Mechanical Engineers to join a well-established small-medium sized M&E/HVAC firm delivering quality projects across Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas.

Both employed positions and self-employed roles are available, offering permanent, consistent work for engineers looking for stability and local projects.

The Role:

• Mechanical installation and maintenance on a range of commercial and domestic projects
• Work kept within approx. 25-mile radius of Bedfordshire
• Representing a professional and reputable M&E contractor
• Long-term, secure workloads for both employed and self-employed engineers

Ideal Background:

• Strong experience working on commercial projects
• Plumbing experience (dometic and commercial) 
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and industry standards
• Ability to work effectively independently and with the team
• Full UK driving licence
