We're seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead a high-performing manufacturing team and ensure delivery of the production schedule through strong planning, communication, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities as a Production Manager
- Oversee day-to-day production to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to build capability and engagement.
- Collaborate with Planning, Assembly, and other functions to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, applying lean principles and KPIs to enhance performance.
- Promote a positive, solutions-focused culture based on accountability and teamwork.
About You as a Production Manager
- Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative and analytical mindset.
- Proficient in ERP or production planning systems.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
