Are you an experienced office manager with excellent organisation and people management skills?

Do you want to join a market leading construction company offering professional development and an excellent salary package?


This company are a specialist steel fabricator who work with a broad range of clients nationwide ranging from major contractors to bespoke consultancies. Due to an ever increasing workload and taking on exciting new projects, they are looking to add an office manager to their team to ensure the smooth running of operations.

On offer is the chance to become a fundamental asset to the company. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day HR processes, from recruitment to payroll to general employee performance management. You will play a key role in maintaining an efficient working environment through collaboration with the leadership team to implement solutions that enhance productivity.


The Role:

  • HR administration including recruitment and onboarding, payroll, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining personnel records
  • Process improvement to implement solutions and address efficiency barriers
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep
  • Recruitment support including coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates
  • Finance tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, and supporting the finance team
  • Monday - Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)

  • Proven experience in office management
