Location: Bedford

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (pro rata)

Hours: Permanent, part-time, 24 hours per week (3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage payroll processes, ensuring compliance with UK legislation.
  • Process timesheets, salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
  • Maintain payroll records securely and confidentially.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
  • Stay updated on payroll legislation and drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of UK residency for security clearance
  • Payroll experience and knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • CIPP qualification or similar.
  • Experience with payroll software (e.g., Sage, ADP).
