Head of Procurement

DarcyBrook is recruiting a Head of Procurement for a leading business in their sector. Our client is looking for someone who has experience of working in a fast paced environment and has sourced finished goods globally. 

The Role : 

Design and execute the entire sourcing and procurement strategy from the ground up, aligning it with ambitious business growth targets.

Establish and scale a new, efficient Direct-from-Factory global supplier model, optimising the supply chain for speed and resilience.

Drive significant cost-reduction initiatives without compromising the superior quality or continuous availability of products.

Select, implement, and manage best-in-class procurement systems to create a scalable, modern function.

Champion and embed sustainable and ethical procurement processes into every layer of the supply chain.

Cultivate deep, high-value relationships with both internal stakeholders and critical global suppliers to drive performance improvement.
