  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • Has recent teaching experience in Key Stage 2 (placements considered for ECTs)

  • Brings energy, commitment, and a reflective approach to their teaching

  • Communicates effectively with pupils, staff, and parents

  • Demonstrates high expectations for both learning and behaviour
