Hudson Shribman is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to manage production cell operations with a focus on output, people, and process excellence.
Candidates should have proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with a strong understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement.
The role requires the ability to handle complex schedules and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while motivating and developing team members.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with familiarity with tools such as TOC, DSUM, SPL, PDPs, and RFT metrics being a plus.
