You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a Psychology or Criminology degree (or are graduating soon)

Your key responsibilities:
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in small group settings (6-8 pupils)
- Work alongside an experienced SEN team to implement individual learning plans
- Help students overcome barriers to learning and develop emotional resilience
- Track progress and contribute to multi-agency support planning
- Foster a classroom culture of belonging, consistency, and respect
Requirements:
- A relevant degree (Psychology or Criminology preferred)
- Experience with or a keen interest in SEN, Autism, or mental health support
- Ability to commit to a full-time, term-time role in Kempston
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to support vulnerable learners
