As the Planning Coordinator, your role involves facilitating land acquisition and navigating the planning process.
You will coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders to drive project success.
Your responsibilities span various stages, from pre-commencement to pre-occupation, where you collaborate with Planning Consultants, Engineers, and Architects to streamline the design and development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Planning Consultants to facilitate timely planning applications
Collaborate with Engineers and Architects to optimize design specifications
Oversee compliance with building regulations and plumbing standards
Manage subcontractor relationships to obtain competitive quotes
Procure site materials in coordination with the Site Manager
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of industry experience with a focus on residential projects
Proficient in Building Regulations, Building, and Planning processes
Demonstrated IT proficiency, particularly in Excel
Strong multitasking abilities and adeptness at working under pressure
Assertive and confident demeanor to drive project efficiency
