What You'll Do
This isn't just a standard procurement job. As a key part of our business transformation, you'll be central to shaping our supplier relationships. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will:
- Drive our bid programs by working with project managers to create and execute competitive tenders.
- Develop and implement supplier selection strategies, ensuring transparency and fairness at every step.
- Proactively manage supplier contracts, ensuring delivery and handling any necessary changes.
- Ensure full compliance with our governance requirements, bringing integrity and diligence to every task.
- Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to formal reviews, showcasing your ability to lead.
We need someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for influencing others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. If you're a self-motivated individual with a drive to "do the right thing" and strong organizational skills, you'll fit right in. You should have experience with cost management and purchase order management, a collaborative spirit, and a curious, enquiring mind.
